Helping others find peace and calmness through the practice of yoga.

I started my yoga journey in 2011 after the birth of my first son. I fell in love with the practice in my first class. At the time, it was the physical benefits of yoga that sucked me in, but soon I found that it held so much more value for my soul.

 

Yoga helped me build strength, confidence, and establish a strong mind-body connection. It has been a strong force in my life, helping me overcome the mental and emotional trauma I carried with me from my childhood.

 

Curious to find out what else this beautiful journey had to offer, I decided to embark on a yoga teacher’s training course. I completed my 300-hour Teacher Training course at Shakti Yoga Centre in South Africa. I am also registered with Yoga Alliance International. I have also completed my 100-hour Kids Teacher Training. My journey continues as I embark on a pregnancy yoga course early next year.

 

Hatha Yoga has always been a favourite of mine, my classes include Yoga Nidra and guided meditations.

I offer personal one-on-one classes as well as group bookings
